Shipping:
Currently, we ship only to the 48 states*. All orders will be shipped out within 72
hours via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day transit time).
With the overnight shipping option, orders must be submitted before 12:00 noon cst
Monday - Friday to be shipped out on the same day. Overnight orders will be
shipped out UPS Next Day Air Saver (guaranteed delivery by 5 pm the next business
day). Please be aware that any overnight orders placed after noon on Thursday will
be delivered on the following Monday.
All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday.
*If you live outside this area and would like to purchase something from our website,
please contact us at sparky@sparkadoodles.com and we will work with you on a
case-by-case basis.

Returns:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so if for any reason, you aren't,
please send it back to the address below within 30 days of your order. Please include
the receipt if possible and reason for the return. Upon receipt, we will credit your
account. In most cases, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

steps:
1) Place your order as normal - at check out, enter the number from the lower
right-hand corner of the gift certificate and the dollar amount of the gift certificate in
the comments section.
2) Continue checkout as normal - gift certificate will not be deducted during
checkout.
3) When we receive your order, we will deduct the amount of the gift certificate from
your total and email you a confirmation of your new total - only the new total amount
in the confirmation email will be charged to your credit card.
*At this time, we cannot accept orders for less than the amount of the gift certificate.
